Father Faustin KAMBALE WATEVIRWE, Assistant particularly responsible for proximity with fragile and sick people as well as with our Brothers and our grieving families, Fraternal Life and, with the economic team, entrepreneurship. For the follow-up of our sick Brothers, he expects to do so on two points: first, proximity through a monthly visit to listen to them and encourage them; then stimulate behind the scenes solidarity with sick colleagues, which could also be supported twice a year by a health solidarity campaign (conference by a doctor on health, fundraising for our sick colleagues). For the closeness with our Brothers and our grieving families, he expects to remain attentive and, in collaboration with the Brother's community, mark a presence of the Provincial Council. For Fraternal Life, it is a question of reassuring ourselves that we are fostering fraternal cohesion and in the event of conflicts, mediating with the Provincial Council. On the subject of entrepreneurship in the Province, it is to keep the Council's eye on the authorities which deal closely with it: the bursar and the economic team. But, it is also a question of self-training to enter the business models during the first two months and then opening the other Brothers to it, at least one per community. It will also be a question of entering into the culture of projects. His wish is that the communities dedicate two programs to old age culture and studies or continuing training.
