the superiors and treasurers of the Assumptionist communities in the Diocese of Butembo-Beni, Friday January 16, 2026
On Friday January 16, 2026, the superiors and stewards of the Assumptionist communities in the Diocese of Butembo-Beni participated in a meeting to review the management of human and material resources. The speakers, Fathers Mbaga-Tuzinde Lusasa and Jean-Paul Musangania, respectively Bursar and Provincial Superior, kept them in suspense from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Their presentations were about leadership that integrates collaboration and transparency. Because, in fact, when, with complete open-mindedness, as guarantor of the charism of the Assumption in his Community, the Superior shares his vision, he needs a steward who is as flexible as he is transparent. Do not the Constitutions of the Assumptionists stipulate, in fact, that the Bursar manages under the authority of the Superior? The two and more particularly the Superior are the executors of the orientations of the Provincial in his Council. The meeting thus meets everyone's expectations!
